[NYSDB] Use of the listserv

Harry's last email has pointed up a problem that I believe we are trying to
avoid - multiple subjects in one email.

Listserv can sort and list emails by subject. When mulitple topics are
covered by one email this option no longer helps us, but may not be
avoidable.

No biggy but worth noting.
